We continue a series of workshops aimed at expanding and organizing knowledge regarding demand planning among trading and distribution organizations.

We completed another workshops for the heads of sales and logistics departments in retail networks. The workshops were dedicated to the organization of the implementation of systems supporting business processes in retail organizations selling fast moving as well as slow moving goods.
